Project Manager
Your role as a Project Manager/Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you understand the needs of our customers and can propose and develop appropriate solutions for them. This includes (e-commerce) websites, web applications, and system integrations. You inspire your clients and think ahead. You conduct in-depth analyses and create an action plan. You monitor the quality of projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you also function as a Project Manager responsible for managing projects from start to finish, managing the planning and budgets, and leading project teams. You also work with the operations manager to optimize planning and ensure its proper implementation. You communicate effectively with clients, our colleagues, and external parties.

What are we looking for in our new colleague?
- You have a minimum of initial experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
- You have knowledge of agile/scrum and are familiar with working in sprints.
- You have experience with quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.
- You bridge the gap between business and IT.
- You are analytically strong, work methodically and systematically.
- You are customer-oriented and a team player.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
