As our customer base and project portfolio continue to grow, we’re expanding our team. That’s why we’re looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst — someone who helps translate business needs into clear digital solutions, guides clients through every phase of their project, and ensures our platform and integrations are implemented smoothly and successfully.

Your role

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you shape successful digital solutions for our clients. You understand their needs, translate them into clear requirements, and define the right approach — whether it’s an e-commerce site, a custom web application, or a system integration. You think ahead, guide customers with confidence, and take ownership from initial analysis to final delivery, ensuring each project meets expectations.

Your role

In this dual role, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on project management. Together with the operations manager, you help optimize team planning and ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget. You communicate clearly and confidently — with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Your responsibilities

Conduct in-depth business analyses and translate them into concrete project requirements.
Develop clear project plans, proposals, and action steps based on customer needs.
Manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including planning, budgets, and team coordination.
Facilitate agile ways of working, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Safeguard project quality through structured testing (QA / UAT).
Ensure smooth communication between business stakeholders and the technical team.
Collaborate closely with the operations manager to maintain planning and improve delivery processes.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and focus on long-term satisfaction.

You are

Experienced as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a combined role.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based collaboration.
Comfortable performing quality assurance tests and guiding user acceptance testing.
Able to bridge the gap between business and IT with ease.
Analytical, structured, and methodical in your approach.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and a true team player.
Experienced with Jira and Confluence (a strong plus).
