That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager — a professional who guides and supports our clients and helps them get the very most out of Tide.

Your role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’re the primary contact for our clients during and after onboarding.
You guide them step by step in using Tide, think strategically about how the platform can optimize their workflows, and ensure they truly achieve success with our technology.

Your responsibilities

    • Guide new customers through onboarding and the implementation of Tide.
    • Advise on setup, user structure, and platform functionalities.
    • Work closely with colleagues, developers, and clients to align workflows with Tide.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure users feel supported at every stage of their journey.
    • Assist with the rollout of new features and contribute ideas for platform improvements.

You are

  • A customer-focused professional who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Experienced in the travel industry (e.g., as a travel agent, tour operator, or DMC).
  • Curious and tech-savvy — eager to understand how an innovative SaaS platform works.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Committed to creating positive, long-term partnerships with every customer.
