What we are looking for

  • You have a first professional experience as a customer success manager, preferably in a SaaS context
  • Affinity with the travel industry earns you bonus points 
  • You are a great listener and you know better than anyone else how to converse with customers in a professional, friendly and helpful manner 
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch. 
  • You have a genuine interest in technology and tourism and you are eager to learn the ins and outs of our product 
  • The highest level of customer satisfaction is the goal you strive for every day
