Tide integrates with Microsoft 365, allowing teams to manage email communication directly inside the Tide platform. Incoming and outgoing emails remain in Microsoft 365, but become visible and actionable in Tide.

With the Microsoft 365 integration, users can:

  • Send emails from Tide using their Microsoft mailbox
  • See all emails across CRM, files, opportunities, products and bookings
  • Create new contacts or opportunities from an email when they don’t yet exist in Tide
  • Turn emails into opportunities, tasks, quotes or bookings

Centralised visibility, distributed ownership

Both personal and shared mailboxes can be linked to Tide. This makes it easier for teams to collaborate around customers, suppliers and projects, while keeping ownership and access rights where they belong.
